RULES:

1. You can not be an active Stampin' Up! Demonstrator
2. All items on project must be made with Stampin' Up! products, retired items CAN be used. 
3. Cards & Scrapbook pages must have at least 2 layers and 1 embellishment, 3-D items accepted as well 
4. You must upload the card to 1stclasscreativitiy@comcast.net by Friday February 15th.
