Why do Valentine Scrapbook Page Layouts?

Valentine Scrapbook Pages are not just for valentines day, they can be used to just celebrate those you love anytime of the year.  That is what I love about scrapbooking, you can tailor it to your own needs.   I keep this in mind when developing scrapbook pages for my classes at Pump It Up!
