Dazzling Diva Challenge 11 is a watercolor challenge and the picture above is the inspiring photo. So I went out of the box and decided to use embossing paste and my Dreamweaver butterfly stencil.
The butterfly was colored in with our Stampin' Write Markers Pool Party and Calypso Coral. I was pleasantly surprised at how it gave it a watercolor look so I thought it would be perfect for this challenge.
Wouldn't this be a great card to give someone this card for their birthday? Imagine how excited they will be with the different textures that are present on this card. The butterfly was embossed with Dream Weaver embossing paste and then set to dry. Then it was colored in and then cut out.
The birthday saying comes from our Sale-A-Bration brochure using the marker to stamp technique. Those cute dots in the back ground is also from Sale-A-Bration brochure which means I received those two items for FREE with my $100 order!
